The best course offered here, at NIFT Bangalore is Bachelor of Design (BDes), but the students should choose their courses according to their field of interest. In NIFT Bangalore, students need to decide their courses at the time of counselling itself, which does not avail them to get exposed to all domains and then choose. But via internet they can look after various courses and thereby, apply in their interested domains/courses.

Yes, certainly, the medical facilities are available at NIFT Bangalore. Medical assistance is a basic and necessary amenity, that is offered to each and every student admissioned here, on campus. All students have access to an infirmary or sickbay, available, at the campus. A doctor and nurse are available to attend to the general medical concerns of the students. Also, a student psychologist is also available on campus every Wednesday to counsel the students.

The college's hostel is great for what it is—it's not a hostel because it looks like a two-bedroom apartment with all the amenities. In the winter, we have hot water for drinking because the admissions process for the hostel is online. The hostel also has a canteen, and the food there is delicious and comes in a wide variety, and all the arrangements are hygienic. It goes without saying that these institutions have exorbitant charge structures. The double-sharing structure for girls and boys in 2023–2024 is set at 200,000; the triple-sharing structure is 165,000.
