Candidates seeking admission to the MCA course must visit the official website of the University to apply online. Registered candidates are then required to appear for the Jain Entrance Test (JET). This is an in-house entrance exam popularly conducted by the university itself for its various UG and PG courses. In order to get admission to MCA, candidates must qualify for JET. The final selection is based on the candidates' scores in JET and their performance in the Personal Interview round. 

Jain University offers MCA course for a duration of two years. This course is taught via the department of Computer Applications across three specialisations. These are Information Security integrated with Certification in CompTIA Security+, Storage and Cloud Technology integrated with Certification in CompTIA Cloud+ and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. All the MCA courses offered at Jain University are approved by UGC and AICTE. At Jain University, students get the facility of learning technology with a Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning facility.

Eligibility: BCA/B.Sc/B.Com/ BA/BBA degree with minimum 50% of marks and Mathematics as one subject at 10+2 level or at graduation level.

• Applicant (s) pursuing their final Semester/Year need to submit Mark Sheet (s) up to the preceding Semester/Year.
• Copy of valid Entrance Test scorecard (MAT/ NMAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ XAT) if appeared.
• A recent passport-size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm formal dress with white background) should be scanned and uploaded along with other documents.

Jain University offers sports and other scholarships to students. The name of the scholarship is 'Ekalavaya'. Candidates must be Indian citizens to be eligible to avail themselves of the Ekalavaya scholarship. It also offers the Medha scholarship for BCom course. Candidates shortlisted by the scholarship committee are required to appear for the Scholarship Counselling Round (SCR). The details relating to SCR are sent to the shortlisted candidates at their registered e-mail addresses. 

Jain University offers a two-year PG-level MBA course in the stream of Management. This course is offered across 26 specialisation including 13 Single and 13 Dual MBA Specialisations. As per the ranking of one of the most popular ranking bodies, Jain University has been positioned on the 85 rank in the category of Management courses by NIRF in the year 2023, which has improved from the last year's ranking. Further, during the placements of the year 2022 and 2023, students of Jain University received the highest package of INR 21.60 LPA.
