Yes you can take the coaching but I guess you should 1st focus on you r10th boards and then think about coaching when you are in your 11th grade.

You can surely do CA because it doesn't necessarily require to have commerce background. But it is relatively easy for commerce students to understand. to get admission in Bcom you will get admission on merit based.
