Hi Akshay Biyala,
The candidate must have passed the final 10 + 2 (Class XII) or equivalent test which is referred to as a 50% mark in the whole subject. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination may also appear at AIPMST (Primary) - 2022 provisional. Students whose birthday falls on or after the 1st of Oct. 1996 eligible to apply for AIPMST (Primary) - 2022. Date of birth as recorded on the Certificate of Second / University Education Board will be deemed to be valid only.

A candidate who have passed two years pre-university examination conducted by the pre-university education board in the state of Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission. Total fees for the programme is 3.8 Lacs.

NIFT entrance examination is Institutional based examination which will only help you to get into NIFT whereas UCEED is a common Entrance Examination which is accepted by many design colleges and universities. So if you plan to get into only NIFT then you do have to give NIFT Entrance Exam but if you plan to apply in many universities then UCEED is a better option as you'll have many university choices and you can get admission on the basis of UCEED score.

Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% and above and (minimum of 50% in Psychology), from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU, are eligible to apply.
