While there may be some differences in the eligibility of B.Tech lateral entry 2023 of different states and institutes, the following criteria will be considerably same for most of the admission process:
Candidates should have completed 10+2 qualifying examinations or Diploma. Should have studied Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates who have studied B.Sc. In Physics or Mathematics after 10+2 will also be considered eligible.

Yes, you can apply to study in Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies. Applied you have successfully completed Pre-University Course or Senior Secondary Course (+2) or equivalent from a recognised University of India or outside or from Senior Secondary Board or equivalent. Adding further students that have done 10+2 or graduation or post-graduation through open universities system directly are not eligible.

Yes, you can get admission in Bangalore B.A. MS college. But if you are a general category it might be difficult to take admission in government college as at least 400 marks is required but you can try in different colleges.
