Madras Medical College has a higher cut off, but if you can make it through, it will be the better option. It has been ranked higher and also has lower fees. It is ranked 15th among the top Medical colleges of India for the year 2018, whereas the Bangalore Medical College is ranked 17th.

Hi,I hope you are doing good. This might be a late reply since you posted your question 2 months ago.
What's making you change your stream of carrier? you want to continue in the fashion designing field or move back to software once you finish your degree?
If you're really interested in fashion designing, Go full-time. I don't think they offer part-time courses.
Assuming that you have done your Bachelors, Here are Postgraduate options for you: after BTech, you can do M.Ftech(master of fashion technology) or M.Des(master of design)
