I would like to suggest GREI Degree College if you want to pursue a B.Com course in a better way. This college has good learning environment and excellent teaching support and staff as well. It is one of the best colleges for B.Com in Bangalore and therefore you should consider it as a vital option. You may visit its official website (http://www.institutions.org/grcollege.html) to learn more.

If you want to have a bright future in the field of Civil Engineering, I will suggest you to do it on a regular basis rather than distance learning. As you know it is a core branch and your academics will help you a lot in your future.

All of them are quite good Institutes but to be specific, in my opinion you should opt for VIT for Engineering. CSE is a non-core branch and if you work hard a bit, you can land into getting a good job as compared to the core branches.
