I got 72 % in JEE Mains in SC category and 86% in Karnataka board in 12th and I have rural certificate. Can I get RV college Bangalore.

You should appear for COMEDK entrance test for getting admission in presidency college Bangalore for ECE branch. You cannot get admission directly via board scores. Best of luck.
