The fees for taking admission at MSRIT, Bangalore via COMEDK will be around 1.8-2 Lacs (tuition fees) including hostel fees and other fees it will go upto 3 Lacs. Hope you got your answer.

ECE at CMRIT is better as it is having better placements, faculty members, and campus when compared with CMR University, so it is better to go for CMRIT.

You must have good marks in the intermediate exam and you have to score good marks in JEE Mains or in the state entrance exam for engineering colleges. Without entrance exams, you can only get private colleges.
