Hello Vyankatesh,
Yes for sure but you need to give the exam conducted for admission into second year or you need to look for options through management quota.
Good Luck!

Eligibility for most places is 60% but if you have plans for Masters then keep it as high as possible, until 90-91%.

As a commerce student, you can pursue B.Com but if you want to get enrolled in your desired college or university then you have to ensure the admission eligibility criteria in the same.

For CSE/ECE placements, PESIT is far superior and others are debatable, but again you have Bangalore as a major advantage.

You will not get top branches but sure, you can go for a lower one and put good efforts to get an upgrade of dual specialisation course and get EC/CS then.

PESIT is now PESU, it does not consider COMEDK for admissions. You can get in it via PESSAT now.

Sure but BMS is no. 3 and PESIT is 4, but the placements of PESIT are done along with that of PESU and the campus has same advantages so you get placement with No. 1. Go for CS in PESU else, stick with EC in PESU, if you are getting BMS for CS then you can consider the change.

Rules very strict:
In by 7 pm the latest with extra efforts, else by 6.
Fees is around 1.3 LPA which includes every cost. You need not to spend an extra rupee if you do not want.
You can survive in the hostel, and can change too, but after a year.
