According to me, only Nalsar will offer PG Diploma in IP Law, but if NLSIU offer the same then there is no issue. You can join any institute both are best university there is hardly difference of 19-20, so please choose any university. Both are top university of the country in the field if Law.

The fees that you are quoting is for a full course of four years in the college. Of course if you are planning to stay in the college hostel you may have to pay extra for this facility. The website of this college gives out plenty of useful information in detail and I suggest you go to that website and different web pages to know complete thing about this college.
