First of all it depends on the specialization, second on the name of the company and third on your experience or you're a fresher.
Keeping all these in consideration, around 70-75% of the batch gets 7 L{A and above package.

Initially, one obtains a student pilot license (SPL) from a government sponsored flying club in the country. Yes, but sometimes it depends on the institute you want to join, but most of the institute gives you the admission in second year after diploma before applying just have look about that .
