The scope for an MBA in operations in India are immense. Why did you ask this fundamental question? I know many companies such as L&T Engineering, TVS motors, Zuari group, Bosch are some examples and scores of other cos have recruited/are hiring freshly minted MBAs for their operations. Banks such as Yes Bank also hire for their operations. There is lot of scope besides other functions/disciplines like general management roles, sales & marketing, finance, consulting and so on.
