Honestly speaking both colleges are good. They both are government top management college and the tag of any college in your CV is good. You can prefer any college after reading this, but keep in mind studying away from home is very hard.So try to take the nearest college.

At IIM-B PGP 2015-17 placements there were 410 students. About 413 offered were made while 410 offers were accepted. Approximately 150 companies participated. It is ranked under top 30 colleges for doing MBA from around the world. The program, course structure, faculty and post-MBA placements are excellent in ISB and have been a threat to all major IIM's one year MBA programs.
