Please refer selection criteria for all three colleges in their respective websites. Usually, it changes every year and has components of your past acads, work experience, CAT score and What/PI score.

Admission call depends on your graduation specialization also. Without that it would be near impossible to predict the call. Having said that, assuming you are GEM, you won't get a call from IIM A with such score at 98% marks.

As such IIMs, do not provide specialization in any subject, but yes, if you wish you can choose your own electives of IT in 2nd year. But, at the end of the day, you will get the same degree as any other IIM grad I.e. PGDM (no specialization).

It's an amazing B school. It will change your life. Work and learning experience will what make you smarter. You will come out as GEMS.
As you are working as well learning, you can expect salary of 15k to 20k. Once you are done with the course, you can expect till 35,000 INR.

There will be not a wastage of 2year, once you are in the program. You will be learning both theories as well as the same as practical. Well, speaking about placement, it's another amazing thing at Gems. Each year almost 90% student get placed. It all depend on your skill and Caliber.

Amrita University, Manipal University, GITAM, are one of the best university in Bengaluru, and IITs, NITs in Bengaluru and few other government universities are good for CSE.

There are better colleges than St. Hopkins like Amity University Noida. Manipal University and much more.
