The highest package offered at Universal Engineering College (UEC), Thrissur, during recent placement cycles has been INR 7 Lacs per annum, secured in 2021 by a TCS recruitment offer . While UEC's placement cell actively engages with well-known companies and provides regular training and support, this remains the peak figure recorded to date.

Although an INR 7 LPA may not rival the top-tier institutes, UEC consistently delivers average placement packages in the range of INR 3 LPA – INR 4 LPA, according to student review aggregator platforms. If you're aiming for higher salary packages, it might involve exploring off-campus opportunities, internships, upskilling (coding, certifications), or targeting designations in-demand sectors like software and emerging tech.
