No, it is no possible to seek admission at IISc for M.Tech without GATE exam. Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore offers a four year M.Tech in various specialisations including Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and others. Admission to all the courses at IISc is completely entrance-based. The aspirants are admitted to M.Tech at IISc based on scores in GATE exam followed by COAP counselling. The university usually starts its admission process in May or June after the Class 12th results are announced.
The application form is available online on the official website of Presidency University.
It may also take some time after application within a month there will be exam and may be after 15 to 20 dys there will be results and qualified will be going through councling which may take like 1 week and then submitting required documents if you selected.

For SIBM Bangalore MBA admission, is entirely based candidates must pass graduation with minimum 50% aggregate in the relevant stream to be eligible to participate in the selection process. However, SIBM's MBA admission is entirely entrance-based. Admission is done through a valid score of SNAP Test.
