Candidates can apply for BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) at School of Legal Studies, CMR University with a Class 12 score. Aspirants need to score a minimum of 45% aggregate to apply for admission. However, mere having Class 12 score won't get admission. Candidates also need to pass CLAT or CMRUAT for admission to the UG programmes. 

Candidates need to appear for CLAT or CMRUAT for admission at School of Legal Studies CMR University. CLAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted in pen and paper mode. The difficulty level of CLAT is generally moderate and aspirants need to prepare well to pass the exam with a good score. CMRUAT on the other hand is conducted at the university-level. The test evaluates the candidate's knowledge, understanding, and problem-solving skills across various subjects relevant to the entrance test. Aspirants can pass the exam with thorough preparation.

School of Legal Studies, CMR University admissions are entrance-based. The university conducts CMRUAT every year in online mode. Candidates seeking admission in the School of Legal Studies can appear for the entrance exam. Aspirants can also get admission in BA LLB (Hons)/ BBA LLB (Hons) and LLM based on CLAT scores. Once selected, aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the school.

School of Legal Studies, CMR University does not offer direct admission. Candidates are selected based on CLAT or CMRUAT scores. Further, candidates must also participate in personal interview rounds to get shortlisted for the PG Diploma course.
