1. Applicants must have passed grade 12.

2. English, math (through second-year algebra or pre-calculus), natural sciences (two or more with a lab component), and foreign language are required subjects in grade 12.

3. Applicants must provide the university with the following English Language Requirements:

• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 61 iBT undergraduate; 80 iBT graduate (WMU Institutional Code: 1902)

• International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.0 undergraduate.

• Pearson Test of English: 46 undergraduate.

If the applicant wants a fee waiver, then she or he must have a counsellor, or another school official, request an Admission Application Fee Waiver for a student who meets an indicator of economic need, such as those eligible for free or reduced lunch, to have the student's $40 application fee waived. Once the Admissions Office receives the request, we will send you a fee waiver code to use to finish your application.
