You can check the SAIT website for the eligibility for the course as I know the minimum band is 6.0.

Hi,
It's a UG degree, students pursue associate degree courses after 12th or so. So you decide accordingly. It can be taken as a stepping stone towards a business administration degree.

CAT is accepted only by Indian colleges. If you want to go abroad for higher studies then I suggest that you should take IELTS or TOEFL.

Hi,
With 55%, he can apply to SPP colleges only. For non-SPP colleges, 70% and above is required. He can check good and popular colleges like Sheridan, Durham, George Brown, Humber, etc.
