University of Alberta is better as ranking wise also and the course as well. Saskatchewan is best for research in Aboriginal Peoples, agriculture, energy and mineral resources, animal and human health, synchrotron Science and water.
Jobs in Canada depend on skill shortage, so once you complete your degree, you can check but Masters in mechanical will place you well.

Hi Vikas, the eligibility is the same for all graduate programs. Applicants must have a first class standing. You must also take IELTS or TOEFL. For details check http://www.sauder.ubc.ca/Programs/MSc_in_Business_Administration/Admissions/Requirements

Try getting anything above 80% as you need to have good academic scores. So aim for 85-90% as it is going to strengthen your case. Even if you get a little below 80%, try scoring really high in your SAT exam. Since both these scores are taken together, you need to focus on both.

First of all you are not looking for the right course. Advance diploma is for 10+2 students. Since you have done your B.Tech you must apply for Graduate diploma or graduate certificate or PGdiploma or even a Masters. Which course to study, you must know this better. Visit college websites, you will find a number of lists on https://studyabroad.shiksha.com, check the requirements and prepare accordingly. Best of Luck.

One year gap is fine as long as you can explain the reason behind it.

It is low score for most universities. Try to take another test and score 6.5 n above. If you can not do so then you should apply for low ranked universities

If you wish to study in a university, higher scores will help but your current scores are also fine. You can apply to public colleges in Canada to get through to the course of your choice.
