Firstly, understand that MBBS or Medical courses in Canada and US can be pursued only at Masters level. So you first need to complete your Undergraduate course in any Science subject. So if you are sure you wish to pursue medical studies from Canada in the future, then go for any Science specialty undergraduate course first.

Dear Rakesh,
An IELTS score of 6.5 overall is required. The university has not specified any minimum grades, as it is a competitive university you will require an higher average. Something above 70% from Indian education board is good enough. Please check more here http://umanitoba.ca/student/admissions/international/asia.html
Best Wishes

Usually in Canada and USA scholarships are based on your previous academic performance attained thus far and/or the GRE. Each university shall announce the cut-off each year. USA offers a wide range of university/college options more than Canada. State Universities are good choices to seek admissions from for a cheap budget. Contact www.scholarclips.co.in/contact-us.htm for more details.

You first need to apply along with academic documents and IELTS score. Interviews are very rarely conducted, only if the program that you are applying for is competitive.
