Off course yes. It's very competitive too. The university provides scholarship options as well in case you are looking into it. One of my undergrads students is studying there and is extremely happy with support and academics both

Hi Divyanshu, depends on what you want to study. Both are quite famous, VIU is a public post-secondary institution whereas BCIT is a public polytechnic institution of higher education. If you are looking for PG studies then VIU is the obvious choice. Best of luck.

Course based scores -

you can send available mark sheets. you need not wait till you get your final mark sheets. based on the available mark sheet you will get admission with condition to complete and then join. it is called conditional offer. It is better to apply n advance to get this conditional offer and with this offer letter you can apply fir bank loan also.

Fanshawe College is an average university. I will recommend you to consider other Canadian institutes. You can consider the Masters in Civil Engineering degree offered by The University of British Columbia, Queen's University and University of Waterloo in Canada.
