A student must also meet the general admission and program-specific requirements. Do note that meeting the eligibility requirements does not ensure admission. Dalhousie University has mentioned that admission to many of the undergraduate programs is competitive. So, do check the requirements as per your course carefully before applying.

Note that the minimum average marks required to take admission into the undergraduate courses of Dalhousie University varies from course to course. So, it is advised to check the program-wise requirements as well as general admission requirements. For admission into undergraduate courses, you need to complete Grade 12. In case of admission into graduate programs, you need to have a bachelor's degree for admission into master's degree and for thesis-based master's degree or its equivalent for admission into PhD program. For graduate course, the minimum grade point average should be of 3.0 in the last 60 credit hours of study.
