International Maritime Academy is one of the finest Marine institute in Chennai. Affiliated to Annamalai University and recognised by DGCA, India. Established in the year 1999. IMA Chennai have courses ranging from UG, PG and Diplomas. They are B.Sc. Nautical Science, B.Tech Marine engineering, B.Tech Naval Architecture, Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS), GP Rating Course, BBA Shipping and Logistics, MBA Shipping Management and Logistics etc. These courses have different eligibilities as per International Maritime Academy. For B.Sc. And B.Tech, Candidates should have a minimum of 45% for PCM Subjects for PUC (12th standard. ). For GP Rating Course, 10th Pass is the eligibility. For MBA Course, Any Graduation with 50% Marks is the eligibility. Candidates can apply directly at IMA Chennai's Admission office in T Nagar, Chennai. Degree Course offered in the affiliated Government Law Colleges can obtain the application form in-person by paying the prescribed fee, from The Registrar, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Poompozhil, No.5, Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran Salai, Chennai 600 028. Application forms can also be obtained in-person from the Principals of all affiliated Government Law Colleges and Saraswathy Law College (Private) at Tindivanam.
The candidates desirous to get application by post can obtain the application form by submitting a

MODE OF PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE: The candidates shall remit the prescribed application processing fee in any branch of Indian Bank through remittance challan which may be downloaded from the University website or obtained from any one of the affiliated Government Law Colleges.

The Applicants applying through online, need not send the downloaded application. They are required to download and print the application and submit along with all other requisite documents with original at the time of counselling for admission.
MODE OF SELECTION: Candidates applying for admission to the above mentioned Government Law Colleges will be ranked according to the marks obtained by them in the qualifying examinations and on the basis of communal and special reservations.
Selection for the candidate applying for LL.B., Degree Course will be based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in aggregate of all subjects in the qualifying degree examination.
