In order to get 100% scholarship students need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria. The minimum criteria is 93% aggregate in Class 12. However, students need to qualify Class 12 from CBSE/ISC/State Boards. Similarly, candidate who scores 88% in Class 12 exam, they can avail 50% on-Admission Scholarship. Simultaneously, candidates who secures 80% can avail 25% of scholarships.

The selection process for B.Tech at Northcap University is based on the JEE Main score. Candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational Subjects. There is no fixed minimum score required in Class 12 for JEE Main, but candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria specified by NTA.
