Candidates seeking admission to MDI Gurgaon Executive PGDM courses must meet the minimum eligibility criteria. The minimum eligibility requirement for this course is that the students should have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50%. For the Executive PGDM-BM course, three years of bachelor's degree with an aggregate 50% marks is required along with a minimum of five years of post-qualification executive work experience as of 31st March of the admission year.

Candidates should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream from a school recognised by CBSE, ISC, state boards, IB, Cambridge, and other govt. recognised boards to apply for JGLS BBA LLB (Hons) course. Besides, Jindal Global Law School shortlists aspirants for BBA LLB (Hons) course based on LSAT India score. The total seat intake for BBA LLB (Hons) is 300.
