It will be difficult for you to get CSE at YMCA, but give a try. Also, while filling counselling form please apply for Information Technology, ECE, EE and civil also.

No entrance is not there.
Admission will be done on the basis of your class 12th board score or percentage.
You can fill up the application form to get admission in the college. After that, they will declare the merit list, as per the merit list you will get the option to take the admission. You can check the link for more information https://www.distancelearning.edu.in/

For admission in Delhi University, admission depends on the cut off released by Delhi University and it doesn't depend on how much you score in particular subject it totally depends on is your fulfilling the cut off or not. You have chances to get admission in off campus. For admission in North or south campus this percentage is low.

I'll prefer you to opt for the YMCA Faridabad as this is better than NIT in terms of placements as this college is in the vicinity of industrial area so many companies visit this college for the recruitment and hence students gets quality placements.
