All of the 3 colleges which you mentioned are the technical institutes providing best of the technical exposure to there students and know-how. These institutes does have management programs but are average in providing you with any good management skills and exposure. They will give you placement but the company might not be of your core MBA specialisation (Marketing, HR, Finance etc. ). So in my opinion opt for a good Business School for the MBA course.

If you are asking for CSE branch then you can say it's on top than IIT and NIIT because IIIT, Allahabad is having best coders but if you are asking for any other branches then IIT is much better than IIIT, Allahabad overall. It is similar to top NITs and below than IIT. IIIT we can say better than NIT just because they performed equivalent than NIT in just 15 years.

No, because BCA is a UG course. And unfortunately, JNU conducts only PG courses now. You can do courses like MCA and M.Sc etc. from JNU, but only after completing your UG course.
Still, if you want to study a UG course from JNU, you must choose any foreign languages, because Jawaharlal Nehru University offers UG courses only in foreign languages right now. These UG courses include BA (Hons) in French, German, Korean, Persian, Arabic, Pashto, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. Hope this helps!

For distance program you need not to attend the classes on regular basis, but you need to appear for the examination. MPH is not a distance learning program.
