The only thing you can do is mail either of them. Also, do call them if there is no reply for mail. Ask them if they have any other slots. Ask for both the college's to be on the safer side. If there is, just request them to give you a new slot.

For admission in NCU, you have to first look for the eligibility criteria and make sure you are eligible. The eligibility criteria can be found in the link: http://admissions.ncuindia.edu/Eligibility-Criteria.php
If you are eligible, you have to fill the application form. The link for the application form is: http://admissions.ncuindia.edu
Admission to the university programs will be done on Merit basis. A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates for each round and the shortlisted candidates will be intimated to appear for counselling.
