It is hard to say if you would get admission into RNS institute of technology with 500 rank in JEE as the cut-off required for admission keeps changing every year and the KCET round 2 Seat Allotment results have been made public by KEA. IISER Mohali placements are conducted by the placement cell of the college basically for BS and MS dual degree programme. The opportunity cell or the placement cell provide proper guidance and prepare its students fot the Interviews conducted by the companies visitng the campus. Additionally, it also provides summer and winter internships for students. Last year the median salary package is INR 8 LPA for BS and MS student. The placement rating of IISER Mohali is 3.3 from the 35 verified students from the IISER Mohali. It has an active opportunity cell which provide placement and internship to the students in IISER Mohali.

In IISER Mohali - Indian Institute of Science Education & Research there are in total 250 seats offered by the institute. These seats are offered for the BS and MS dual degree programmes.
