Christ University (deemed-to-be university) Bangalore has five campuses, out of which three are located in Bangalore and the other two are in Delhi (NCR) and Pune, respectively. Once an allotment, whether course or campus, is made, it is rarely changed at the university. So, returning to your query, changing colleges in the second year is extremely difficult. Unless the college you are moving under is the same university and you have a valid reason, like your father's transfer, you can't change your college. You can contact authorities of university with valid reason to get help.
