PGCET ranks are calculated based on the score secured in MCA entrance exam. They do not include degree marks. They give ranking on the basis of the marks on the entrance exam. If two people get same ranking then they might include. Thank You!

I don't think that UPTU comes into the criterion for LPU or Galgotia. But being an alumnus of LPU, I would suggest you go for LPU. The eligibility would consist of +2 marks or JEE Mains score.
