Hey,
There is no such cut-off.
After the admission procedure, they will tell you about the entrance exam and all the other things.
You just need to crack the entrance exam, and the interview and get admission.
Good luck.

If you are from reserved category, then you may have a chance to get into this college. Fee structures varies every year, so you need to contact college. They do have hostel facilities for both girls and boys, but they follow First Come First serve basis. So, you need to hurry up to get a hostel room. Check out the previous year cutoff for this college kea.kar.nic.in/dcet2017.htm

Yes, government seats are available for DCET holders. Please specify your reservation category, because government seats are reserved for certain reservation category. Only few government seats are available for general merit. You have a good rank, so you will get in Don Bosco.

For that, you need to give a common entrance test or you can get into this college by management seat, but it would be very costly. If you are trying to get a seat after completing class 12th, then you need to give K CET exam, or if you are a Diploma student, and you are trying for lateral entry, then you need to give DCET exam. Based on your rank, you will be allotted for this college.

The scope is very less, as your rank is too high. But, you can try for few more rounds in counselling. You may get admission in NMIT. It is one of the demanding course, so hope for the best.
