Don't get fooled by the numbers they say (800+). This year there is a major decline in companies coming on-campus. If you are from mechanical, electrical or civil just forget about getting placed on-campus. If you are from computer science, there are some chances of getting placed in some service-based companies. TCS is the Messiah. The pictures that they display on the placement page contain the list companies that have visited 25 years ago. Only 5 companies mentioned on the page have visited campus this year.

For LLM programme -
Candidates holding three-year LLB degree or a five-year integrated LLB degree as recognized by Bar Council of India (BCI) with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate SC/ ST category candidates need to have 40% marks in the bachelor degree qualifying examination. Candidates appearing in the final year of the qualifying degree examination are also eligible to apply.
Once you've given the exam, a merit list will be prepared and if your name is listed, you'll be called for counselling.
