The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMs is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores and work experience. The weightage given to these parameters is different for all IIMs and also depend on category and academic diversity. It is difficult to get shortlisting for IIM - A, B, C, considering your scores in class 12th and graduation. It is not mandatory to have work experience to join IIMB, but it certainly carries weightage in admission process. IIMB has great diversity in terms of students with and without work experience that makes this place a great academic institution to learn.
Check this for eligibility criteria of IIM Bangalore. http://www.iimb.ac.in/sites/default/files/PGP-admission-process-2018.pdf

The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMA or IIM B is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th, graduation scores and work experience. However, the weightage given to these parameters is different for both IIMs and also depend on your category and academic diversity. The call and final admission will depend on your CAT score and interview.

This depends on college to college. Usually by February 1st week most of the colleges are expected to call for application. Start shortlisting your colleges and check their respective websites. Also, keep following Shiksha for regular updates on entrance process.

You can apply for NITK-SOM (Good ROI), JKSHIM-Karkala and Manipal-SOM (Both are old and reputed, placement is better than average), Sahyadri Mangalore or AIMIT (Both are good at academics and extra-curricular activities, placement is decent).
