It's important to note that the admission to IITs through JEE Advanced is a highly competitive process and the cutoff marks keep changing every year based on various factors such as the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of seats available. It depends on the choices you have filled during the entrance test. in case , you have chosen Bachelors in option and you did not clear the cut off then you are given the Bachelors or whatever you have chosen.
