Yes you are eligible for VJTI for B.Tech lateral admission. Because the number of seats for B.Tech lateral are very limited so cutoff can goes higher above 85%. So chances of admission can be moderate here.

For Msc mathematics you should have studied mathematics in 3 years of your course and scored more than 55-60% in mathematics and overall percentage is also above 55% of bsc chemistry then you can surely join the course Regards.
