Do you mean to ask - you have completed BA and interested in doing B.Ed as regular.
Yes, you are eligible to apply for B.Ed and attend regular classes.

No, it is not approved by AICTE.
Academy of Higher Studies (AHE) has been established and managed by a team of professionally skilled Intellectuals from different fields. Academy of Higher Studies (AHE) is the National Coordinator (NC) of many UGC/MHRD/AICTE/DEB/BCI/PCI/NCTE etc. approved Universities.
I do not think this is the right place to study B.Tech. The Degree may not fetch you good job.

Then you have to click on Direct Second year Engineering (DSE). Post that, you have to register yourself by filling all the relevant fields and uploading the necessary documents as required and pay the required registration fee online. The admissions are based on merit (marks obtained in engineering Diploma). The online registrations will start from 10.07.2019 and will be end on 17.07.2019. Hi,
Of course you can study M.Sc in computer Science. A lot many students do pursue this course. You have to give TOEFL/IELTS exam and prepare a very good cv/resume for the top universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Princeton etc. Other universities may take admission thorough an entrance exam.
