Yes, you can take the admission in the asked college. The admission process for engineering Diploma programmes is conducted by DTE Maharashtra through Common admission Process (CAP). Hence, you have to apply through the DTE Maharashtra website.

Yes, the college requires 50% marks in class 12th with Mathematics. The admission will be based on entrance test results followed by counselling.

it does not seem possible as your rank is very low. your clat score accounts for 75% of the score to get admission in kpmsol and there are many aspiring students with much greater score.
