Hello,If pursuing Finance, NL Dalmia is indeed the best option. For Marketing, there isn't a huge difference between the two though ITM is still the slightly better choice.

Generically, the average package for finance would be something around 6 LPA and it can go up to 12-15 LPA depending upon the market situation. However, to get something about 6 LPA you will have to take a lot of efforts.

If you are a decent student academically Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology has a lot to offer. Just go for it don't think how are the placements because their job is only up to bringing companies to college. What really matters is your skills.
So, if you really want to study and want to make your future bright. You can opt for Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology for sure.

To take admission in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, there are two ways to it.
1st Way:
One is the Cap Round, which will be on the basis of your marks scored in the MHCET or JEE Exams.
This is a purely online process, and will give you seats on the basis of your merits.
2nd Way:
Once the Results are out, after Few Days College will distribute offline Forms which you can fill and opt for the results this is also merit based but for only the students those who have filled the offline forms which makes it a bit easier for the admission.
The admission will start once all your Results are out and college will start after All the cap Rounds
