Hi, it is possible to pursue Biotechnology colleges in Mumbai without appearing for any entrance exams as most of the colleges do accept merit for their admissions but also some colleges demands students only on entrance exam basis like CUET.

Biotechnology courses in Mumbai and surrounding areas vary in fees based on course levels [BSc, BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD] and institute affiliation. Those offering the three-year BSc programme in this discipline and affiliated with Mumbai University start with a total tuition fee of ~INR 43,000. But private and autonomous deemed universities like Amity University and Somaiya offer the four-year Honours course with a total fee range between INR 8.7 and 9+ Lakh.
