Yes, there is M.Tech at NIT Nagaland. The programme is offered at a PG-level lasting for two years. The M.Tech course is availabel in  Power Systems Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering,  Communication Engineering, and VLSI Systems. The courses are offered through the various departments under the institute. MTech at NIT Nagaland lasts for two years and is spread across four semesters. Candidates willing to get admitted to the M.Tech course must qualify for the national-level exam GATE. The list of documents that must be submitted during the GATE application for M.Tech are as follows:

  • Image of candidate's signature
  • Scanned copy of PwD Certificate (if applicable) in pdf format
  • Passport-size photograph with white background (JPEG/ JPG format only)
  • Scanned copy of Certificate of Dyslexia (if applicable) in pdf format
  • Scanned copy of Category certificate (for SC/ST) in pdf format
  • Scanned copy of a valid photo identity proof such as an Aadhaar-UID (preferable)/ Passport/ PAN Card/ Voter's ID/ Driving License  (Candidates must carry the same ID (in original) to the examination hall)
