For the General AI quota, the MSc specialisations rank was from 1172 to 1345, wherein M.Sc. in Mathematics was the most competitive, followed by M.Sc. in Chemistry, during the first round. For the last round, the cutoff ranged from 1474 to 1690, with MSc in Chemistry having the lowest cutoff and M.Sc. in Physics, the highest. Making both the most and least competitive, respectively.

NIT Puducherry GATE cutoff 2025 has been released for various rounds, categories and branches. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff score fell between 322 to 479, amongst all the branches, M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive with a cutoff score of 479, followed by M.Tech. in VLSI Design with 389 as the qualifying score.
