Yes, you can do B.Com with CA course, but it becomes difficult for a regular student to do both the things, otherwise CA syllabus is almost same as B.Com's syllabus. And now it's legally allowed to pursue two courses together.

Last year, the cut off for Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Government Polytechnic College Pune was around 85.60 (general category).

According to your marks you scored you stand a less chance in getting seats in top law colleges since the cutoff remains at 100+ marks.You can go for Manikchand Pahade Law College, Mumbai which has a low cutoff of 55-85 marks and you can get this college if this years cutoff comes to be this. However cutoff changes year to year and you can get colleges accordingly .But this is based of last few Years statistics.You can also go for St. Wilfreds College of Law, Mumbai as this college also has a lower cutoff as compared. Hey Nishtha, first of all you need to prepare for the BUMAT exam offered by BVP for there different courses including BBA, BCA. So just prepare for your quants, gk, lrdi and english for the same to quality in that.
