Lexicon MILE is highly popular as compared to ISMS. You may come across many colleges that offer PGDM. All colleges have separate curriculum. Few of them also provide step-by-step guidance for the students. But just finding a college is not enough. You need to look out for the placements and exposures which can amplify your growth prospects. Selecting the best from among the many colleges can be a tricky affair. So, you need to be careful! I would say if you want to build an impression on your recruiters and develop a thorough understanding of subjects, Lexicon MILE can suffice your problems.

For MBA in HR, both IBS Hyderabad and BIMHRD Pune are decent options where most of the faculty is good. A few are excellent. But there is a shortage. The learning atmosphere is created by the zeal of students. But check out MBA in HR from the Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence. The faculty members here are highly experienced and provide a great industry experience. They have very good on-site facilities such as learning labs, good internet connectivity, a very well-organized library, an in-house canteen, and a start-up project which is launched by Lexicon's students. There is a playground for outdoor activities.

MBA or PGDM is a lucrative career choice. And you should choose a good B-school for good placement opportunities. The minimum score for getting accepted at PIBM is 60 percent for entrances like CAT, MAT, XAT. MH CET etc. and minimum 50 % in graduation. But, in case if the student has scored less than the accepted score, he or she can appear for PIBM's internal assessment test PMAT. The selection procedure at PIBM pays attention to certain factors like previous academic records, aptitude tests, interviews, groups discussion, and work experience. It helps the institute to understand the current level of a student on these parameters, who
