Hello, HRM course, work experience would be required but that is not the case here. XLRI promotes diversity and freshers are given equal opportunities as compared to a person having work experience. So don't worry about that. Not having work experience would not give you any demerit point. Just make sure that you are clear as to why you want to go for HRM.
