Hello,
Design and Technology started as an offshoot after the parent MIT had successfully established itself in the landscape of education in Pune. From an engineering college to special school for design took some time but after sewing up partnership with a university in UK, MIT went full steam ahead. This school was established in 2006. It has turned into a private university recently in 2015. It offers different courses in design related to engineering industry. Hello, HRM course, work experience would be required but that is not the case here. XLRI promotes diversity and freshers are given equal opportunities as compared to a person having work experience. So don't worry about that. Not having work experience would not give you any demerit point. Just make sure that you are clear as to why you want to go for HRM.
