If you belong to open category, then I think you have chances of getting these colleges through CAP rounds. I will suggest you to wait till 3rd round with floating option. This time I am hoping that cut off will come down little bit as JBIMS has started M.Sc Finance. Keep IES and Indira also in your list. All the best. Hope for best.

Yes, you need to hold the graduation degree in this field. After that you need to give an entrance test. If you clear that than you will have a personal interview round That's all after that just complete the registration process.
