I don't think you can get any scholarship based on ISC marks. You may get scholarships by state government when studying in state government colleges. Scholarships are given on the basis of merit and achievements. Scoring 85 or above 90 is common in ISC or CBSE.

As per the information available on the internet, you need to study majorly about Part A-Chemistry, PART B-Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology and Physics Environmental Science. The question comes from the syllabus of what most of the topics one has studied in his graduation.

As per my knowledge, DIAT does not conduct courses for general students. It conducts postgraduate courses for personnel of the armed forces and DRDO in the fields that are of importance to them. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about DIAT. If you know otherwise, I would be happy to receive any information from you.

I'm currently a student of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune. Therefore, my answer focuses on the facts about my college. One can see the best placement scenario in my college for computer engineering with a sound package. I personally think that college infrastructure does not matter. It can be ignored on the expense of good quality faculty/staff. Moreover, you can get Honours courses, many workshops and other courses that will help improve your employability. Computer engineering department gets the highest package many times of around 25 LPA+. Average package is around 5 to 6 LPA. Definitely, it is a very good college to get
